How long will it take to get my order?

GOLDEN ships within 24 to 48 hours once the order has been placed. We ship using USPS. Most orders are received within 3 to 5 business days depending where in the US you are located. A holiday will delay shipping.

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer complimentary local delivery in zip codes 77024 and 77079.

Can I return my product?

GOLDEN has a 14 day return policy. We aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we’re happy to help! We welcome returns within 14 days for a full refund and after 14 days it will be store credit. All SALE items sold are FINAL SALE.

For online order returns, please contact lindsay@shopgoldenhouston.com with your order number and we will send a return label to the email provided within 7 business days. Upon receipt of returned items a full refund will be issued.
